PHOTOBOOK DAYS 14–16 SEPTEMBER 2018

EXERCISHALLEN

Three days focusing on photobooks. Here you can enjoy exhibitions, a photobook market, a quiz, conversations, and much more!

The Exercishallen venue becomes a bazaar packed with photographers, exhibitions, photobooks and visitors. You can browse through a wide range of photobooks from different publishers, have your copy signed on the spot by the photographer, let yourself be inspired by eight different exhibitions and listen to the photographers’ presentations of their books. Landskrona Foto & Breadfield Dummy Award will present last year’s winner and the winner for 2018. Test your knowledge in a Photographic Quiz and listen to a Pecha Kucha where ten photographers present their works.

On Saturday 15 September we focus on the physical form of the photobook in the workshop “Anatomy of the Photobook”. The workshop will be led by Tiffany Jones from the publisher Overlapse in London and her Swedish colleague Matilda Plöjel from Sailor Press in Malmö.

The Photobook Days event is arranged by Breadfield and the blog OmFotoboken in collaboration with Landskrona Foto, with support from the Swedish Photographers’ Association/the photo authors and the Centre for Photography.
