Landskrona. <strong>DATE: <\/strong>24 th of may. <strong>TIME<\/strong>: 17-17:30  <strong>The talk is in english.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to an artist talk by the Peruvian photographer Sharon Castellanos.<br>Sharon will talk about her artistic practice and the photographic project she is working on right now during her residency in Landskrona. <br><br>Sharon Castellanos is a photographer based in Cusco, Peru. She has worked 4+ years as a press photographer for a national coverage newspaper in Lima city and as a correspondent in Cusco and Puno regions (South of Peru).<br>For the past years, she has been working with video and other digital tools such as animation and web platforms for storytelling as tools to integrate with photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;<em>Part of my photographic practice has been focused on the relationship between the human being and the environment and the socio-cultural idiosyncrasy as a background. In that sense, for the residency, I would be interested in exploring a theme in the same lines, I would expect to learn more about the dynamics of local farming, science process such as the legacy of Tycho and Sophie Brahe, and the idea of new ruralism in Landskrona<\/em>.&#8217; Sharon Castellanos<br><br>Limited seats available.
