Don't use this machine for other usage except grinding the glass brink. When the machine is working, do not touch the grinding wheel, or you may hurt yourself. - Before using this machine, please connect the waterpipe with the lower water flume tie-in. Then install the lower water flume in the bottom of the machine (The waterpipe can pull out from either front or back) Connect the Output waterpipe with the sewage slot.
- Put the water upper flume in the upper slot of the machine and infuse about 700-800 grammes of pure water. Take out the sponge under the water valve and put it in water when you use this machine for the first time. Push it hard with your hand and put it back after the sponge is completely absorbed in water. Open the water valve and control the water flux within 80-100 drops per second. Then you can switch on the machine and start it.
- If you choose the W-type grinding wheel, the right hand is used for rough grinding and the left hand is used for precise grinding. So is the Wv-type grinding wheel. It also has a V-shape slot to refit the glass
- Take out the lower water flume and wash it after it is used for a long time, or the sewage hole may be blocked
- If the grinding machine occurs a problem of weakness(vain in grinding please modify it with the whetstone bar. When modifying please open the water valve.
