Landskrona Foto is the collective name for a center for the photographic image that spans areas such as exhibitions, events, photo history, photo books and residency . The most important element, the one we call ‘The highlight of Photography’ is our festival where the love of photography, dedication, and commitment to Landskrona as the meeting place of photography reaches its crescendo.
Our vision is to be a relevant meeting place for photography – where the established and the experimental meet and stimulate the public’s understanding of photography and its value to society.
The principal for the activity is the cultural board of Landskrona Stad, which has a permanent grant in the budget for the financial funding. In addition to that, we are receiving contributions from regional, national and Nordic cultural organizations. We are also generously supported by many companies who have an interest in the activity and in Landskrona.
The politically targeted goal setting is that Landskrona Foto shall have such a quality and a width in the activity so that Landskrona can declare themselves of being The Home of Photography in Scandinavia.

Exhibition Proposals
Landskrona Foto regularly receives proposals from photographers around the world – including completed exhibitions as well as ideas to develop together. We are truly grateful for all these inspiring initiatives and are always open to creative and innovative collaborations.
Due to the volume of submissions, we unfortunately cannot provide individual feedback on every proposal. However, please know that we read and appreciate every email we receive!
