Landskrona Foto processes personal data in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act.
When you send an application or information to Landskrona Foto via letter, e-mail, web form or e-services, the information becomes a public document and can be released according to the Swedish principle of public access to public documents. This does not affect your copyright to submitted artistic works.
Personal data processing in applications
Purpose
The personal data is collected in order to process the submitted application and in some cases handle payments for submitting the application.
Categories of data subjects
Users, jury members, employees.
Types of personal data
The processing includes the contact details of users: name, email, phone number, IP-address, date of birth, nationality, pronoun, address and links to social media accounts. The processing also includes the submitted photos in the application and the personal data in free text fields in the application, for example in the biography and project description.
Data sources
We only collect the personal data directly from the person sending in the application.
Transfer of data to third party
The personal data is not disclosed to third parties.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the administration to collect this information about you is to perform a task of public interest.
Personal data storage
Personal data in applications for residency and Landskrona Foto & Breadfield Dummy award are archived and stored for ever in Landskrona’s systems. Personal data in Picter is deleted when it’s no longer necessary for handling the application.
Personal data in applications for “Open call” is deleted when it’s no longer necessary for handling the application.
Automated individual decision-making
Automated individual decision-making and/or profiling does not occur.
Transfer of personal data outside EU and EEA
Personal data in Picter is stored on Amazon Web Service’s servers which means that the data might be transferred outside EU and EEA. Amazon Web Services is currently certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework that ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Personal data that is archived by Landskrona stad is stored in Sweden and is not transferred outside EU or EEA.
Technical and organisational security measures
Only authorized personnel have access to your personal data.
The personal data is handled in Picter and Landskrona stad’s system Evolution. The suppliers are given remote access to the systems when there is a need for technical support or other support requests.
Your rights
Right to information
In most cases, you have the right to be informed that we have started processing your personal data and why we are doing this. This applies even if you have not provided your information yourself, as we have received it from someone else. However, this does not apply if it is impossible to inform or it would involve a disproportionately large effort.
Right to gain access
You can request access to your personal data. You can request access via our e-service if you have a Swedish or international e-identification.
Right to request rectification, erasure or limitation to processing
You can request rectification, erasure or limitation to processing of your personal data. Since Landskrona Foto is a part of Landskrona stad municipality such a request can only be granted when it does not conflict with the principle of public access to official documents or the act regarding the archiving of public documents.
You can request erasure of your application in Picter. The data is then erased in Picter according to their privacy policy. However, applications regarding residency or the Dummy award are archived in Landskrona stad’s own systems and can’t be erased from them.
You can object to the processing of your personal data. Then the data controller may only continue to process the data if they can show that there are decisive justified reasons why the data must be processed.
Complaints
If you think that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you can file a complaint about our processing of your personal data to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. imy.se/en/
