Astrid Bergman Sucksdorff was a Swedish nature photographer and a children’s books author to the books Micki rävungen and Ödetropet. Her childhood was marked by the parting and meetings with her father Sten Bergman who carried out many expeditions to distant lands. Astrid learned early on to appreciate the nature that surrounded her. At the age of ten, she made her first journey on her own. The exhibition Under a large rock in the forest is a discovery in nature. Follow into the world of the fox. Who is the fox? and who are the animals around? We get an insight into how the cleaver and mythological fox lives, what it surrounds itself with and what it invents.
