A HOUSE FOR LARS VON TRIER – A JOURNEY WITH CORTIS & SONDEREGGGER
The two Swiss photographers Jojakim Cortis and Adrian Sonderegger recreate iconic images from international photographic history. They then photograph these artistic models together with the tools and materials used to create them.
Cortis and Sonderegger have also inspired Tómas Gislason and Jacob Thuesen with their work. The two Danish filmmakers are currently working on a film about – and together with – Lars von Trier. For this film, they have hired the two Swiss photo artists to build models of film sets.
A House for Lars shows Jojakim Cortis and Adrian Sonderegger in the studio and follows them on a journey to Copenhagen to visit Tómas, Jacob, and Lars.
➤ Running time: 66 min
